Mixed martial artist Ray Elbe, who probably thinks he’s a real tough guy, suffered a penile fracture while in Malaysia Dec. 3. Apparently he can get kneed in the skull repeatedly but can’t handle a bit of vigorous intercourse.

In a video posted to YouTube, Elbe explains that he was having sex with his girlfriend when his penis, like, bent the wrong way and fractured. He “jumped up from the intense moment, blood shooting out of my groin” before losing consciousness and collapsing. Eventually the welterweight MMA fighter got some medical attention, spending his 30th birthday in the hospital.

“It’s just been a really difficult injury to rehab from,” said Elbe, who tore his urinary tract and has to use a catheter until fully healed.

But why is he sharing this with the world? Because he wants the kids out there to be safe, that’s why.

He cautions that “keeping it safe during safe isn’t just wearing a condom.” Duly noted.
