Remember when you were younger and life was good? That is, except for all the hardships that kids have to go through like ghosts under your bed, girls having cooties and of course floors that are entirely made of lava.

A group of Toronto area filmmakers haven’t forgotten these troubling times and have made a new short to remind us just how awesome life can be with a little imagination. The 57-second short created by Sean Tighe is a humorous look at the silly yet awesome kid games we all used to play

Tighe and actor Jared Plumb collaborated on another nostalgic improvised short titled Fort-Friendly.

Tighe, who works with his brothers Mike and Tom, as well as Plumb have a number of other web video projects lined up in the coming weeks and months, so stay tuned.
